The 3-step meal prep system that saves me 8 hours a week

Most people overcomplicate meal prep. They try 15 different recipes, buy 40 ingredients, and burn out by Wednesday.

Here's the system I use and teach to my clients:

Step 1: Pick 2 proteins, 2 carbs, 2 veggies. That's it. Don't get creative yet. Chicken + ground turkey. Rice + sweet potatoes. Broccoli + peppers. Done.

Step 2: Cook everything at once. Oven at 400°F. Proteins on one sheet, veggies on another, carbs on the stove. 45 minutes and you've got 4-5 days of food.

Step 3: Mix and match. Different sauce = different meal. Soy + sriracha on Monday. Pesto on Tuesday. Chimichurri on Wednesday. Same base ingredients, zero boredom.

The mistake most busy people make is thinking meal prep means eating the same sad chicken and rice every day. It doesn't. It means having a system that runs on autopilot so you can focus on actually living your life.

If you want done-for-you weekly plans with full recipes, macros, and grocery lists — that's exactly what I put together every week inside the Meal Prep Subscription.
