The 3 numbers every med spa owner should track weekly (most only track 1)

Most med spa owners obsess over ad spend and leads booked — but leads booked means nothing if they don't show up, buy, and come back.

Here are the 3 numbers that actually determine whether your calendar (and revenue) grows or stalls:

1. Show-up rate (target: 80%+)

If less than 80% of booked consults actually show up, the problem usually isn't your ads — it's your confirmation process. A simple 24hr + 2hr reminder sequence (not just one email) fixes most of this instantly.

2. Close rate (target: 50%+)

This is entirely about what happens in the room. Providers who explain the "why" behind a recommendation before the price close at a much higher rate than providers who just quote a number.

3. 12-month retention rate (target: 60%+)

Acquisition is expensive. A single loyal client rebooking for a year is worth more than 3 one-time bookings. If you're not rebooking clients before they leave the building, you're leaving the most profitable part of the business on the table.

Track these three every single week. If one is low, you know exactly where to focus instead of guessing.

Happy to answer questions on any of these in the comments.
