The Morning Routine That Fixed My Discipline (No BS)
Most morning routines you see online are made for people who already have their life together.
"Wake up at 4am, journal for 30 minutes, cold plunge, read 50 pages..."
That's not a routine. That's a fantasy for someone who can't even get out of bed on time.
Here's what actually worked for me when I had zero discipline:
Phase 1: Just wake up on time for 2 weeks. That's it. Set one alarm. When it goes off, feet hit the floor. No snooze. No phone. Just stand up. Master this before adding anything else.
Phase 2: Add one physical thing. 20 pushups. A 10-minute walk. Doesn't matter what. Your body needs to move before your brain tries to negotiate you back into comfort.
Phase 3: Remove one thing. No phone for the first 30 minutes. This single change will do more for your focus than any supplement or productivity hack.
That's it. Three phases. None of them require buying anything, downloading an app, or watching a 45-minute YouTube video.
Discipline isn't built with complexity. It's built with consistency on the basics.
