The 3-Minute Reset: A Technique I Teach Every Stressed Professional
Most people think meditation requires 30 minutes of silence and a perfectly clear mind.
That's why most people quit before they start.
Here's what actually works when you're slammed at work and your brain won't shut off:
The 3-Minute Reset:
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your chest.
Breathe in for 4 counts. Hold for 4. Out for 6.
On each exhale, mentally name one thing you can physically feel right now — the chair under you, your feet on the floor, the air on your skin.
That's it. Three minutes. No apps, no incense, no judgment.
I've been teaching meditation to busy professionals for years, and this is the single technique that sticks. Because it meets you where you are — not where you think you should be.
Inside my membership, I go deeper: guided video sessions, live webinars, and a community of people who understand that peace isn't a luxury — it's a skill.
