Welcome.

Most guys who find this page have already bought something. A shampoo, a supplement, a derma roller, some oil a guy on Instagram swore by. And most of them are here because it didn't do anything.

That's not bad luck. For typical male pattern hair loss, only a few options have solid evidence behind them: finasteride, minoxidil, and hair transplants. Almost everything else sold to you is selling hope.

This page won't regrow your hair. Nothing I can sell you will. What it will do is lay out your real options plainly: what each one involves, what it costs, what the side effect conversation actually looks like, how long before you'd see anything (it's months, not weeks), and what questions to ask a doctor or clinic so you don't get upsold. Doing nothing is also a legitimate choice, and it's covered too.

The goal is simple. Within a month, you've picked a direction, started it or ruled it out, and stopped spending money on stuff that was never going to work.

Not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any treatment.

If you want, drop a comment with where you're at: how long you've noticed thinning and what you've already tried. No judgment, everyone here has bought at least one thing they regret.
