Every named ingredient, method and origin checked against the recipe or spec that makes the dish, and every recipe checked for what the menu leaves out or gets wrong. Every claim — house-made, local, wild, aged, hand-cut, free-range, organic — traced to a spec, supplier document or recipe step that supports it, and listed where none does. Every allergen statement checked against the recipe and the matrix in both directions, and every dish checked for a row in the matrix at all. Every price checked against the till, with both figures where they differ; dishes listed twice at two prices and supplements applied inconsistently found.
