YOU SEND: your pricebook export or spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), exactly as-is. Don’t clean it first — that’s the point.

YOU GET BACK IN 48 HOURS: (1) a clean file in ServiceTitan import format, IDs left blank for new items; (2) duplicates and near-duplicates removed, every one listed — nothing silently deleted; (3) missing codes generated and made unique; (4) categories normalized to one spelling; (5) prices/costs as clean numbers, with rows priced at or below cost flagged for your review, never silently changed; (6) a plain-English change report of everything fixed, dropped, or flagged.
