This shop sells print-ready STL files for home FDM printers. After you buy Home Workshop STL Pack, open STL Downloads in your membership and download the files directly. You do not need to message us to receive the files.

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, and print quality. It is not included with the STL pack.

If you only need files, buy the STL pack. If you want help with your printer, buy the support session.
