Credits are the currency of Mira. Here's everything you need to know.

What are credits?

Credits let you unlock premium chapters that writers have marked as paid content. Each premium chapter has a credit cost set by the writer (typically 1-5 credits).

Credit Packs

The more you buy, the more you save per credit.

How to use credits

1. Find a premium chapter (marked with a 🔒 icon)

2. Click the chapter to see the unlock prompt

3. If you have enough credits, hit Unlock Chapter

4. If not, click Buy Credits to grab a pack

Your credit balance is always visible in the navigation bar at the top.

For writers

When you create a chapter, you can toggle it as premium and set the credit cost. Your first few chapters should be free to hook readers — then use premium chapters for the content they'll pay for.

💰 Credits — Purchase credit packs to unlock premium content. Credits go directly to supporting writers on the platform.

✍️ Write & Publish — Got a story to tell? Hit the "Write" tab, create your story, and start publishing chapters. Set premium chapters with your own credit pricing.

Getting started

1. Head to the Mira Reader app to browse stories

2. Click Write in the nav to start publishing

3. Grab a credit pack if you find a premium chapter you want to unlock
