You don't need a Saturday at the shop.
The reason most daily drivers look tired isn't neglect. It's logistics.
Dropping a car at a shop costs you a half-day: ride over, wait, ride back. Busy people skip it. Paint films over. Interior collects gym bags and coffee.
A real mobile full detail is not a $20 spray-down. It's:
Exterior wash and dry
Interior vacuum and wipe-down
Glass inside and out
Tires and door jambs
Cabin reset so it smells like a car again, not a locker
What it is not: paint correction, ceramic coating, or engine-bay work. Those are shop jobs. Don't pay mobile prices expecting that.
If you're booking one, do three things the night before:
Park where they can actually work (driveway or open garage)
Pull personal stuff out of the cabin
Leave a spare key
That's the whole difference between a 90-minute job and a 3-hour mess.
