If you keep discounting before they even object, the problem isn’t your market
A plumber raises his price, then cuts it before the customer says a word.
An electrician works nights, then “just includes” extra work for free.
A gym owner fills every class and still won’t open the books.
That’s not humility. That’s a belief running the business without permission.
Most owners I work with don’t have an income problem first. They have a “someday” problem. They study wealth, talk about wealth, bookmark another course — and never make the one visible commitment that would change the money.
Three tests this week:
Name one action you’ve been postponing until you feel more confident. Do it in 30 minutes.
Catch the next time you lower a price before anyone asks. Hold it. Let them decide.
After the last client leaves, review one number and move a planned amount. Same time every day.
If you can’t point to seven pieces of evidence by next week, you didn’t have a strategy problem. You had an identity problem.
That’s what Billionaire Mindset is for — not motivation. Daily proof.
