I think consistency is what leads to achieving anything so by helping you and myself take more action we are consistently moving towards our goal - signing creators and making money online.

So Whats is one thing that you feel will help you in your shadow operator journey and make it alittle bit easier?

Starting next call we will be reviewing how much outreach each of us did, the goal is 10 new creators a day so what I want all of us to do is this -

1- create simple tracker on notion/Google Sheets/excel (what every is easiest for you)

2- track by question type not by creator so the headers should be "Type of question" "number of outreach for that type" "number of responses" "response rate"

3- at least 15 messages per question to have a decent number of data to base a decision on.

4- the goal here is to discover the best type of question to use to start implementing in in every outreach.

We will discuss that in our next call (will confirm the time in the group) so make sure to OUTREACH!

we also discussed:

1- Initial steps to setting up your account and website

2- high level of the steps from start to finish on how to get a creator from just a message to a signed partner

3- tools to use to cut down your admin work time (Claude Code most recommended)

• a tip to improve that response rate is commenting on a creator’s video with a prompt he mentioned in the video to get sent an automated message, that way you are automatically in the creators inbox so the chances of him seeing your message is much higher.
