Mentorship Policies: All sessions must be scheduled through our Ticket Tool at a mutually agreed time. Each session is limited to 45 minutes. Missed sessions are forfeited and will not be rescheduled. Arriving more than 5 minutes late counts as a missed session.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to immediate access to digital content and scheduling, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, inactivity, dissatisfaction, failure to attend, or failure to cancel before renewal.
