Sessions, Macros, and the Daily PO3 Clock
MonsterLab reads time before price. Essentials treats the 24h day as one Daily PO3 and maps Asia, London, and New York as session candles inside that cycle. Macro windows color where expansion usually lines up with HTF direction. High-impact news sits on the chart so you line up AMD timing inside PO3 — not after the move.
Each 4H window (02, 06, 10, 14) is its own PO3. Opens at 1.0–1.5 STDV can explode without prolonged manipulation. Opens at 2.0–2.5 STDV mean deeper Judas before delivery. Outside the macro, reduce size or wait.
