Brief lundi. Premier cut mercredi.

Most operators stay at $10k because they keep adding, not cutting

I see this constantly.

Someone hits $8k–$12k/month. Then they add a second offer, a third funnel, a new platform, a VA, a course they never finish. Revenue doesn't go up. Calendar does.

At that range, growth is usually one of three things:

  • One offer priced for the outcome, not for "what feels fair"

  • One acquisition channel you actually own (not 6 you half-run)

  • A weekly review: what made money, what didn't, kill the rest

If you can't explain your business in one sentence and one number, you don't have a business. You have a pile of tasks.

That's the standard inside the Inner Circle. No spectators.
