Deal approval guaranteed nahi hai. MUSA Team general investor requirements ke basis par review karegi. Approved deal ko buyers tak market karne ki koshish hogi, lekin buyer ya closing guaranteed nahi hai.
Deal successfully sell/close hone par aapko $500–$1,000 fee milegi.
❌Kya Include Nahi Hai?
- POF (Proof of Funds) available nahi hai. Agar agent POF maange, to aapko khud funds show/send karne, bank pre-approval lene, ya baghair paise dikhaye agent ko convince karna hoga. POF sirf VIP mein available hai.
- MUSA Team apke agent ko call ya convince nahi karegi. Agar agent call chahe, to aapko khud email ya phone par baat karni hogi.
- Ager agent property dekhne ko kahe, to Starter mein MUSA team member ko property par nahi bhejegi. Yeh sirf VIP Membership mein available hai.
