FAQ

Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, any time before the scoping session takes place. You also get a full refund if we can’t schedule your session within 7 days of purchase. Once the session has happened and your spec and quote are delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

Is the $79 credited toward my project?
Yes. The full $79 comes off any build you buy within 60 days of the call.

Do I have to buy a build afterwards?
No. The spec and quote are yours to keep, with no obligation.

What if my project doesn’t need custom software?
I’ll tell you, and point you to a cheaper option if one exists.

How do I request a refund?
