The Notion setup that got me through college with a 3.8 GPA

Most students use Notion wrong. They spend hours building a system from scratch, get overwhelmed by all the options, and go back to sticky notes within a week.

The problem isn't Notion — it's starting from a blank page.

Here's the system I actually use:

1. One semester planner to rule them all. Every course, every deadline, every exam — in one view. No more checking 4 different syllabi. You open Notion, you see what's due. Done.

2. Assignment tracker with status columns. Not started → In progress → Review → Submitted. Sounds simple, but watching tasks move across columns is genuinely addicting. Your brain starts craving the "done" column.

3. A study dashboard that tracks what you've actually covered. Most people re-study things they already know because they don't track progress. This fixes that.

4. A daily planner that takes 2 minutes to fill out. Not a 45-minute journaling session. Just: what are my top 3 tasks today? That's it.

The whole system took me months to dial in. But once it clicked, I stopped forgetting deadlines, stopped cramming, and actually had free time again.

I packaged everything into clean, ready-to-use templates. Duplicate them into your workspace and you're set in under 5 minutes.
