The ADHD 'productivity hack' advice is mostly useless. Here's what actually works.

Every productivity influencer tells ADHD people the same thing:

  • Wake up at 5am

  • Do a morning routine

  • Use a planner

  • Stop getting distracted

None of it works. Not because you're lazy. Because ADHD brains don't run on discipline — they run on interest, urgency, and novelty.

Here's what actually does:

1. Stop fighting hyperfocus — redirect it.

The same brain that makes you "unproductive" in math class will lock in for 6 hours on something it cares about. The goal isn't to eliminate hyperfocus. It's to aim it.

2. Your environment does more than your willpower.

Remove friction from the things you want to do. Add friction to the things you don't. Your future self has terrible willpower. Plan for that.

3. Deadlines work because urgency is a neurochemical.

ADHD brains produce dopamine differently. External pressure mimics what neurotypical brains generate naturally. You're not procrastinating because you're lazy — you're waiting for your brain to activate.

The playbook exists. You just need the right one.

I wrote a free guide specifically for students with ADHD — no generic advice, no morning routines. Just what actually works.

I wrote a book for people who were never supposed to fit in

Not a self-help book. Not a "fix your ADHD in 30 days" book.

A book for people who spent years thinking they were broken — and are only now starting to realize they were just built differently.

I've been that person. The one who couldn't focus in school but could hyperfocus for 12 hours straight on something I actually cared about. The one who felt every emotion twice as loud. The one who got told to "just try harder" like effort was the problem.

The problem was never effort. The problem was a world designed for one type of brain — and a lot of us don't have that brain.

So I wrote what I wish I had at the start:

→ How to actually understand your own mind

→ Tools that work for non-linear thinkers

→ How to stop masking and start building a life around what you actually are

The Student ADHD Playbook is free. No catch. Just grab it.

The full NeverNormal book goes deeper — $37, one-time.

If any of this lands for you, you're in the right place.
