Confession: I used to spend 2+ hours a week just writing listing descriptions, follow-up texts, and social captions ๐Ÿ˜…

Between showings, calls, and actually closing deals, content creation was always the thing that fell to the bottom of my list. So I finally sat down and built out a system using AI โ€” basically a set of templates and prompts specifically for our job (listings, buyer/seller follow-up, social posts, objection handling, the whole thing).

It's cut my content time down massively. I plug in the verified facts about a property and it drafts the MLS description, social posts, open house announcement, buyer email, and even a Reel script โ€” I just review and send.

I ended up organizing everything into one kit because a few agents in my circle asked for it, so I put it up on Whop in case it helps anyone else here who's drowning in the marketing side of this business.

Not trying to spam the group โ€” genuinely just sharing because I know how much time this stuff eats. Happy to answer questions if anyone wants to know how I'm using it day to day ๐Ÿ™Œ

Most AI automation dies in week two

People buy a tool, run one demo workflow, then go back to doing the same copy-paste work by hand.

The miss isn't the model. It's that nobody mapped the job first.

Before you automate anything, write the loop:

  • Trigger (what starts it)

  • Inputs (what has to be true)

  • Decision (what a human currently judges)

  • Output (what "done" looks like)

If you can't write that on a napkin, the bot will just fail faster.

That's the standard we use at Nexora. One bottleneck at a time. No 40-step zaps that nobody maintains.
