How to Download and Set Up Your Wallpapers

How to download your wallpapers and fix resolution issues on iOS and Android

If a wallpaper looks blurry, cropped, or the wrong size, use this guide.

1. Open your files

Go to your Whop customer hub or the files tab. Download the wallpaper files you purchased.

2. Pick the right resolution

Select OLED 4K (or the closest match for your screen). Using a smaller file on a high-res display is the most common reason wallpapers look soft.

3. Save to Photos

Save the file directly to your phone’s photo library. Do not screenshot the wallpaper. Screenshots drop quality and change the size.

4. Set it as lock screen or home screen

iOS (iPhone)

  • Open the wallpaper in Photos.

  • Tap Share → Use as Wallpaper (or Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper).

  • Choose Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both.

  • If it looks cropped: pinch to zoom out until the full image fits. Avoid stretching.

  • If it looks blurry: delete it, re-download the OLED 4K file, and set it again. Do not use a compressed chat/email copy.

Android

  • Open the image in Photos/Gallery.

  • Tap the menu → Set as wallpaper (or long-press the home screen → Wallpapers).

  • Choose Home screen, Lock screen, or both.

  • If it looks cropped: use “Fit to screen” / “Center” instead of “Fill” or “Crop.”

  • If it looks blurry: confirm you saved the original OLED 4K file, not a resized share. Set it from the original download.

Quick checks

  • Blurry = wrong file size or a screenshot/compressed copy.

  • Cropped = zoom/fill mode. Zoom out or use fit/center.

  • Black bars = image aspect ratio vs your screen. Use the 4K file and fit without stretching.

How to Download and Set Up Your Wallpapers

How to Download and Set Up Your Wallpapers

If you have not opened your files yet, this is the only guide you need. You will download full-resolution 4K and OLED wallpapers, then set them as lock screens on iOS and Android.

1. Open the Files tab

  1. Open this Whop on your phone or desktop.

  2. Go to the product you purchased (VIP All-Access Pass).

  3. Open the Files tab (not Chat or Forum).

  4. You should see the wallpaper packs, including 4K and OLED versions.

If you do not see Files, pull to refresh or log out and back in. Access is tied to an active membership.

2. Download full-resolution files

  • Prefer 4K for phones with high-res displays.

  • Prefer OLED packs if your screen is OLED (most recent iPhones, many Androids). These use true black and look sharper on lock screens.

  • Download the original file. Do not screenshot or save a compressed preview.

  • On desktop, download then AirDrop / USB / Google Drive the file to your phone.

  • On mobile, download and keep the image in Photos / Gallery (not only Files/Downloads if your OS will not let you pick from there).

3. Set a full-resolution lock screen on iOS

  1. Open Photos and find the wallpaper you downloaded.

  2. Tap Share → Use as Wallpaper.

  3. Choose Lock Screen (or both Lock and Home if you want them to match).

  4. Pinch to zoom so the image fills the screen. Do not crop tighter than you need. Over-cropping is what makes wallpapers look soft.

  5. Turn Perspective Zoom off if you want a pixel-perfect, unmoving lock screen.

  6. Tap Add → Set as Wallpaper Pair or Customize Lock Screen.

  7. Confirm depth effects are off if they blur the art.

Quick check: lock the phone. If blacks look gray or the image looks mushy, you used a preview, not the 4K/OLED file. Download again from Files.

4. Set a full-resolution lock screen on Android

  1. Open Gallery or Google Photos and open the downloaded wallpaper.

  2. Tap the three dots → Use as / Set as wallpaper.

  3. Choose Lock screen (or Home and lock screen).

  4. Set crop to fill. Avoid extra zoom.

  5. If your phone has Always On Display, OLED wallpapers with true black will look cleanest.

  6. Some OEMs (Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus) have a Wallpaper app. Use Lock screen there and turn off blur / dim / color filters.

Quick check: lock the phone. If the image is cropped oddly or dimmed, open wallpaper settings and disable blur and extra dim.

5. If it still looks low-res

  • You saved a thumbnail instead of the 4K/OLED file. Re-download from Files.

  • iOS Photos compressed it. Re-download and set as wallpaper from the original file before editing.

  • Android “optimize storage” replaced it. Download again and set immediately.

Drop a comment if a specific file will not download or your lock screen still looks off. Include your phone model (iPhone / Pixel / Samsung, etc.).
