This purchase includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes. We work through 3D printer setup, slicer settings, calibration, first layer, extrusion, bed leveling, print quality, and common print failures over chat or video. This is a single session with a set time, not unlimited support and not a guarantee that every issue can be fixed. Access is available long enough to book and complete the session. STL files are sold separately.
