Most people fail cert exams because they reread notes. Do this instead.
Rereading a 400-page outline feels like studying. It is not. The exam does not ask you to recognize a heading. It asks you to pick the next action under pressure.
What actually moves a score:
Retrieval, not review. Close the book. Answer one question. Grade it. If you miss it, write the domain on a list. That list is tomorrow's session.
One domain until it stops leaking. Jumping from ethics to earned value to IAM in the same hour is how people stay at 60%. Sit in the weak domain for 25 minutes.
Talk the answer out loud. If you cannot explain why the wrong options are wrong, you do not know it yet. The chat in a serious study group exists for this.
Protect the calendar. 40 minutes a day for 8 weeks beats a 12-hour cram the week before. The exam is a stamina test as much as a knowledge test.
If you want the drills already built — PMP, CPA, AWS, with files and a room of people sitting the same test — Northgate Cert Prep is the membership I built for that. Show up daily.
