How it works:

1. Buy the session. You immediately get access to a private support channel.
2. Post your printer model, slicer, filament and photos of the failed print.
3. We book a time and run the 60 minutes live — diagnosis, settings changes, test print plan.
4. You leave with a written summary of the fixes.

Common fixes: first layer and bed adhesion, stringing and oozing, layer shifts, under-extrusion, warping, clogged nozzles, belt and Z-offset calibration, slicer profile tuning.

Access terms: this is a one-time purchase for one 60-minute session. Access to the private support channel stays open for 7 days from purchase so we can schedule and follow up. This is not a subscription and not lifetime support. The session must be scheduled within those 7 days.
