Stop building the product before you have an offer

Most first-time sellers spend three weeks on a course outline, a logo, and a Notion wiki. Then they have nothing to sell.

The order that actually produces a sale:

  1. One person you can help

  2. One result they want in 30 days

  3. One price that feels slightly uncomfortable

  4. One page that says those three things

  5. Then you make the file

If you cannot say the offer in one sentence, you do not have an offer. You have a hobby with a checkout button.

That is the whole game. Package what you already know. Sell it once. Deliver it the same day you take the money.
