The 3 Notion pages every student needs (and most are missing)
I've helped hundreds of students set up their Notion workspace, and the same gaps keep showing up.
Most people open Notion, create a blank page called "Notes," and wonder why it doesn't stick. The problem isn't Notion — it's structure.
Here are the 3 pages that changed everything for me in college:
1. The Semester Dashboard
One page that shows every class, every deadline, and your current grades. No more digging through syllabi or checking 4 different LMS portals. You open Notion and everything's right there.
2. The Assignment Pipeline
A Kanban board with columns: To Do → In Progress → Review → Done. Drag assignments across as you work. It sounds simple, but visually seeing your workload prevents that "oh no I forgot" moment at 2am.
3. The Weekly Planner
Not a calendar — a structured weekly view that blocks out study sessions, classes, and actual free time. The key is making free time intentional so you stop feeling guilty about not studying 24/7.
I built all three (plus a few more) into a template pack that you can duplicate into your workspace in about 30 seconds.
If you want the full set, check out the Student Notion Template Pack on my page. $9, one-time, no subscriptions.
