The Game Plan for the Week

Upside Pops: Keep a close eye on the $29,733 – $29,782 zone. If the market attempts an early-week push but fails to hold above the recent contract high on weak volume, it sets up a clear risk-defined zone to fade the expansion.

Downside Targets: A clean break below $29,436 shifts intraday control to the bears, targeting the $29,113 pivot. If that area fails, the market will quickly look to hunt liquidity down toward the psychological support zones closer to $28,800.

The 3 NQ levels I watch every single morning

Been trading NQ futures full time and there are 3 levels I check before I even think about taking a trade:

1. Overnight high/low — This is your range. If price breaks and holds above the overnight high, I'm looking long. Below the low, I'm looking short. Simple as that.

2. Previous day's VPOC — Volume Point of Control from the prior session tells you where the most business was done. Price tends to gravitate back to it. If we're trading away from it, that's a trend day signal.

3. Opening 15-minute range — I don't touch anything for the first 15 minutes. Once that range is set, a break above or below with volume gives you a high-probability entry.

These aren't magic levels. But they keep me disciplined and out of chop. Most of my best days come from waiting for price to hit one of these areas and then reacting, not predicting.
