2. Send pickup details in the member dispatch chat
3. We collect, route, and deliver
4. You get a drop-off photo and status update

Service notes

• Bags and parcels up to 50 lb per stop
• Kitchen includes up to 50 drops per month
• Kitchen Plus includes up to 150 drops per month
• Extra drops can be added from dispatch chat
• Hazardous materials and alcohol without a valid permit are not accepted
