WHEN YOU PAY
Only after your offer letter arrives. Applying with Orbuni costs nothing up front.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Everything in Orbuni Standard: programme selection, application submitted, every document checked, every update to the offer letter, acceptance steps, a named counsellor
• Visa assistance — what to prepare and how to apply. Orbuni is not a visa agent; visa fees are paid by you
• Airport pickup when you land in Türkiye
• Arrival assistance in your first days

NOT INCLUDED
• University tuition and deposits — paid directly to the university, never to Orbuni
• Government fees (visa, residence permit)
• Escort to university registration and residence-permit support — see Orbuni Premier, or add the escort from your portal ($200)

REFUND RULE
Our team works for you from the day you pay, so the fee is never refunded in full. If Orbuni cannot complete the service (for example, your visa is refused) or you stop before it is complete, 20% of this fee ($330) is refunded. Visa refused? You can instead carry your service over to the next intake at no extra fee. No refund once the service has been delivered.

STUDENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Paying means you accept the Orbuni Student Service Agreement (version 24 September 2026). Read it in full at myorbuni.com/#agreement — at checkout you type your full name to sign it.

After paying you go straight back to your Orbuni portal.
