WHEN YOU PAY
Only after your offer letter arrives. Two payments of $1,325, 30 days apart, then payments stop ($2,650 in total).

WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Everything in Orbuni Plus: application end to end, visa assistance, airport pickup, arrival help
• A trusted visa agent in your own country
• Airport pickup and escort to your university for registration
• Our agent with you for up to 2 days after you arrive
• Residence permit (ikamet) support and local registrations

NOT INCLUDED
• University tuition and deposits — paid to the university, never to Orbuni
• Government fees (visa, residence permit)

REFUND RULE
Our team works for you from the day you pay, so the fee is never refunded in full. If Orbuni cannot complete the service (for example, your visa is refused) or you stop before it is complete, 30% to 40% ($795 to $1,060) is refunded — set from the services already delivered, explained in writing. Visa refused? You can instead carry your service over to the next intake at no extra fee.
