One file per call. What was decided. What was promised, by whom, and by when. Everyone who was named. Whatever was left hanging. Every person on a call gets their own note too, so you open someone and see every call you have ever had with them and what each of you agreed to do.

It files and links. That is all. It never replies to anyone, never acts on a commitment it found, and never invents detail to fill a gap — where a transcript is unclear it says so and quotes the mess as it found it.

The files are plain text on your own computer. Nothing to subscribe to. If you stopped using every tool named in the guide tomorrow, you would still have them.
