1. Wrong FNSKU labels

Amazon rejects shipments with bad barcodes. One misprint = your entire pallet gets returned at your expense.

2. Shipping to the wrong FC

Amazon assigns FCs dynamically. Having a prep center in Chicago means lower shipping costs to any FC in the US — central location advantage.

3. No inspection before sending to Amazon

5-10% defect rates from suppliers are normal. Skip inspection → bad reviews → account health drops.

4. Overpacking or underpacking boxes

Amazon's strict 50 lb box weight limit catches sellers off guard. Go over and the whole box gets rejected.

5. No backup plan for Q4
