Welcome in.
Alright, you're in.
First off, thank you for trusting in me. Genuinely.
You could have gone and bought a machine with that money and figured the rest out on your own. Plenty of people do exactly that. It's literally why I built this, because I did it that way first and it cost me a lot more than it needed to.
Here's what happens now.
1. Do not buy a machine yet.
I'm going to say that a few more times, so get used to it.
The whole thing I teach is that you land the wall first and then you buy the equipment. Order a machine this week and you'll be sat on 3 grand of metal calling business owners out of your garage, and they can hear that in your voice.
Owner says yes first. Then we order. I'll tell you when.
2. Your job this week.
Go stand in 3 places near you that have a wait built into them. Pizza place, laundromat, barbershop, gas station with hot food. Anywhere people have to stop.
Time how long people are stuck standing there with nothing to do. Write the number down.
That number is the whole business. It's the thing nobody else in this space measures, and it's the reason some machines do 500 a month and some do 4,000.
Post all 3 in #questions when you've got them and I'll tell you straight which ones I'd walk into and which I'd skip.
3. Tell me your city.
Drop it in #main right now.
The team starts pulling owner names and personal cell numbers for your area, and that takes a couple of days. The sooner you say it, the sooner you've got a list sitting there waiting for you.
Be specific. "Chicago" is worse than "north side of Chicago, and I'd drive 40 minutes."
That's it for now. Don't try and do all of it at once.
I'm in here every day. Voice note me whenever in our iMessage groupchats, I genuinely don't care what time it is.
Let's get you a wall.
