I've exhausted every support option available. Live support continuously glitches and won't connect me with anyone, and I've messaged admins directly multiple times without receiving a response.
I currently have over $4,000 that has been held in reserve for more than 90 days. That reserve period has already passed, and my funds are still not available for withdrawal. There has been no explanation, no update, and no response from support.
For context, I sell sports picks that are delivered electronically, so there are no physical products or shipping delays involved. From what I've seen, other handicappers selling similar digital products are receiving their payouts without these kinds of delays, which makes it difficult to understand why my account is still being held.
I'm simply asking for someone from the Whop team to review my account, explain why my funds are still on reserve, and provide a timeline for when they will be released. Waiting over 90 days with no communication is not acceptable.
If anyone can tag a Whop admin or member of the support team, I'd really appreciate it. I just need someone to review my account and provide an answer.
