Befor vs after +profit🤫😜

Started sending a daily cat content drop a few weeks ago and wanted to share a few things that surprised me:
Short beats long, every single time. People don't want a 10-minute read about cat behavior. They want 60 seconds of a good meme, a weird fact, and maybe one product rec. Open rates tank the moment you get long-winded.
Specificity is everything. "Pet content" is too broad. "Daily chaos updates for people who are unreasonably obsessed with their cat" is a business. Niche down until it feels almost too narrow — that's usually the right level.
Consistency > production value. A slightly rough newsletter that shows up every day beats a polished one that shows up every two weeks. Cat people want a daily hit, not a masterpiece.
Building this out on Whop right now — happy to answer questions if anyone's thinking about starting something similar in the pet space.
