Duplicate contacts and companies are the quiet tax on every CRM migration. The usual answer is a $150+/month deduplication subscription — forever — or a $2,500+ agency engagement. This kit is the third option: a one-time $149 offline tool for CSV exports from HubSpot and Salesforce.

WHAT IT DOES: reads contacts/companies CSV (HubSpot/Salesforce auto-detected). Normalizes before matching (emails lowercased, phones to E.164, domains stripped, suffixes removed, nicknames expanded). Scores pairs 0–100 with plain-English reasons. AUTO tier pre-selected; REVIEW tier only with your approval. Covers companies. Dry-run merge preview. Exports survivors_import_ready.csv, merge_plan.csv, review_queue.csv, and a JSON+CSV change log.

RUN: double-click the single-file program or python app.py. Fully offline — no API keys, uploads, or network calls. Original export never modified. Does not sync/write back to your CRM. Sample files + 54 tests included.

LICENSE: Perpetual single-seat commercial license for your own cleanup work, including client migrations you perform yourself. No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing. 7-day refund available if the product is materially not as described or cannot be made functional after reasonable support.
