Irregular cycles are data, not a character flaw
Most PCOS content online does one of two things: it panics you, or it sells you a 14-day hormone reset.
Neither is a system.
If your periods are late, light, heavy, or missing, you do not have a moral failure. You have a pattern that is harder to read. Home ovulation tests can lie. Apps that “predict” ovulation from an average cycle are guessing.
What actually helps before you walk into a clinic:
A bleed calendar you kept even on messy months
Two or three habits you can repeat on a Thursday
A written list of questions (medications, timing of evaluation, supplements you should not start alone)
That is the whole idea behind the 90-day roadmap: observe → consistency → prepare. No pregnancy guarantee. No “cure.” Education and planning tools you can print.
If you are already under a doctor’s care, use it as a companion, not a second protocol.
