Subterranean termites build mud tubes from soil to timber and are the ones most inspections are really looking for; drywood termites live in the wood itself and are treated completely differently. A useful inspection says which you have, or that you have neither. We check the perimeter, accessible substructure and the timber that meets soil, and the written report is the one a lender or buyer will accept.
