Most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a focus problem.
I keep seeing the same pattern.
A business is running ads, posting content, trying a new funnel, and still can't tell you which channel actually made money last month.
That's not a hustle issue. That's a measurement issue.
Before you spend another dollar on growth, answer three questions in writing:
Who is the one customer you'd clone if you could?
What is the one offer they buy most often?
Where did your last 10 paying customers actually come from?
If you can't answer those without guessing, more ads will just scale the confusion.
The businesses that grow are usually doing fewer things — and tracking them harder.
If you want a second set of eyes on that, that's the work I do.
