The 3-slide framework that got me through college presentations
Most students overthink presentations. They cram 40 slides with walls of text, panic about design, and then read directly off the screen.
Here's the framework I used for every single class presentation — and it works whether you're presenting a 5-minute book report or a 30-minute thesis defense:
Slide 1: The Problem — What question are you answering? What gap exists? One sentence, big font. That's it.
Slide 2: The Evidence — 3 bullet points max. Each one supports your answer. Use numbers when you can. "Sales grew 40%" beats "Sales grew significantly."
Slide 3: The So What — Why does this matter? What should the audience do with this information? End with a clear takeaway.
That's the skeleton. Everything else — design, transitions, animations — is decoration. Get these three right and you're already better than 90% of presenters in your class.
Want the full system with templates and live feedback? That's what Presentation Masterclass is for.
