PodClips is a clipping roster for short-form editors.
How it works: podcast creators fund a campaign pool. We brief the roster. You cut clips, post them, and submit the link. Every accepted clip pays out of that pool — clippers take 70%, PodClips keeps 30% for sourcing clients, briefing, review, and handling payouts. Paid per accepted clip. Not per hour, not per vibe.
No fee to join. No subscription. No portfolio gate. If you can cut a 30-second vertical clip with a hook that stops a thumb and captions that do not lag the audio, you qualify.
We are building the founding roster right now, ahead of the first funded campaigns going live. Early members get first pick when pools open — the roster gets briefed in join order.
What you need: any editor (CapCut counts), an account to post from, and the ability to hit a deadline. What you do not need: a following, a fancy rig, or podcast experience.
