STL files live in the Halloween Porch STL Pack. After you buy, open STL Downloads inside that product and download the files directly in Whop. You do not need to message us to receive the files.

Printer help is a separate product. 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a one-time 1-on-1 session of up to 60 minutes. It is not bundled with the STL pack.
