Freeze-dried chicken with one ingredient: chicken. Use tiny pieces for clicker or target training, or as the payoff after play. Cats are obligate carnivores, so meat-only treats are easier on picky eaters than grain-heavy biscuits. Break pieces small. A few a day is plenty.
