In-person training and conditioning sessions are held at public parks, clubhouses and outdoor tracks with minimal running ā focused on drills and exercises that utilize resistance, balance, body awareness, body control, alignment and velocity to increase speed.

You'll discuss your goals ā fitness, competitions, scholarships, or beyond. Weekend warrior or pro athlete, Coach Mike has a system for you. He'll recommend your individualized path ā coaching, training, band sessions, or a combination.
