Hi Whop Community, Helen here.

Spark Group is tonight at 6 PM, and I’d love for you to join us.

It’s our free weekly group for entrepreneurs, founders, and big-brained, non-linear thinkers here in Salt Lake City.

We meet at the downtown office (250 E 200 S, 15th Floor). Come as you are, and bring whatever is actually going on in your business or your brain this week.

You don’t need to own a private practice or have it all figured out. If you’re building something of your own and you think a little differently, you belong in this room.

Know someone who’d fit? Bring them along. It’s free to join, and all it takes is your email: 👉

Hope to see you at the Spark Group!

Growth rarely happens in a straight line. You can have a clear idea for your business and still feel pulled in a dozen directions. I know how much it helps to have people you can come back to each week.

That’s why I help lead Spark Group. We make space for non-linear thinkers, entrepreneurs, and business owners to talk through what they’re building, learn from one another, and leave with a next step.

You don’t need to own a private practice or be a Healing Haven member. The Spark Group Whop community is free to join with your email. Once you’re in, you can find details about upcoming online and Salt Lake City gatherings, including any in-person access options.

My partner and I would love to see you there!

Hope is not a client-acquisition strategy

Most practices are waiting. Referrals. Word of mouth. The next Psychology Today lead. That's hope, and hope does not fill a calendar.

When ads "don't work," the ads are rarely the problem. There's no offer, no follow-up, no sales process, and no number for what a new client is actually worth. You cannot acquire clients predictably if the front desk cannot convert the ones who already inquired.

The machine is simple, and most clinicians were never taught it:

  1. An offer clients actually want

  2. A real number for LTV and CAC

  3. A way to acquire clients without lighting money on fire

  4. Intake and follow-up that converts without feeling like a pitch

  5. Pricing you don't apologize for

  6. A handful of numbers you actually track

If you own a practice and have room to grow, that's the work. Not another clinical CE day. The business that lets you keep doing the clinical work.
