The 10-minute morning that actually holds
Most of us were taught that a "real" quiet time looks like an hour, a journal, three highlighters, and a heart that never wanders.
That is why so many women quit by Wednesday.
Here is the version that survives a real week:
Same chair. Same cup.
Do not wait for the house to be silent.
One psalm. Out loud if you have to.
Close the book. Get up. Feed the people.
The point is not a performance. The point is a place your nervous system learns to meet the Lord without earning it.
If you keep skipping because you cannot "do it right," you do not need more discipline. You need a smaller door.
