A single 60-minute online session, one-on-one, to get your printer printing again. Chat or video, your choice.

How it works:

1. You buy the session and get access to a private booking channel.
2. You tell us your printer model, slicer, filament and what is going wrong, with photos of the failed print.
3. We schedule the 60 minutes and work through it live: bed leveling, first layer, temperature and flow tuning, retraction and stringing, warping, layer shifts, extruder clogs, slicer profile setup.

What this is not: it is not a repair depot and no hardware is shipped or replaced. It is remote help with your machine and your slicer settings.

Access to the booking channel is open for 14 days after purchase, which is your window to book and run the session. One-time payment, nothing recurring. This product does not include the STL pack, that is sold separately.
