Bambu first layers fail different than Ender ones
Most people treat every failed first layer like a bed-level problem. On an Ender, often yes. On a Bambu, often no.
Ender: if the skirt is patchy, re-level and slow the first layer. The springs drifted. That is the machine.
Bambu: the bed mesh is usually fine. The fail is residue or a wet roll. Wash the PEI with soap, dry it, then dry the filament. If the first layer still looks dusty or stringy, it is moisture, not Z offset.
I keep a 25mm square around for this. One square tells you which of those two problems you actually have, before you reprint a 6-hour prop.
