This purchase includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes. We can cover printer setup, slicer settings, calibration, first layer, extrusion, bed leveling, and common print failures on FDM machines. Access stays open for 7 days so you can book and complete the session. This is not a guarantee that every issue can be fixed, and it is not unlimited or lifetime support. STL files are not included. The Desk Organizer STL Pack and Hex Desk Planter are sold separately.
