EKHOS MEDITATION
Meditation is essential to understanding the many layers of our mind; it is the connecting piece of who we are, and it bridges the gap between the physical and metaphysical worlds that we exist in.
DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED! Yes, this session is for 60 minutes, BUT I will be guiding you through a variety of meditations, varying styles, and exploring different breathing techniques. We will have check-ins along the way, and you're welcome to ask any questions as we walk through this practice together.
I share many styles of meditation. I do this because everyone connects with different techniques, and I believe that you should be exposed to multiple kinds of practices and feel the benefits of them all.
Breath work is also included in this session, as it is a key component to attaining elevated states of being. Breath work not only enhances your meditative experience, but also has extremely vital health benefits as well. You can attain euphoria just through breath work alone, and combining it with specific meditation techniques is my secret sauce.
I offer a mixture of somatic breath/life force meditations, chakra balancing, Za Zen, chanting, AUM/Om meditations, Wim Hof-inspired breath work, Kundalini Meditation (Kriya style), guided visualization, and more.
My promise is that you will leave each session better than you came.
All you'll need is a smart device (phone, tablet, or laptop, headphones) quiet place for your session, a yoga mat, a pillow or blanket, and some water.
